Favorite Breakfast Spots in LA.

-Hotel Georgian in Santa Monica. Sip your mimosas as you admire the Pacific Ocean! This place has amazing service, delicious meals and a MEAN Bread Pudding Souffle!

-Uncle Bills - Manhattan Beach. Uncle Bills have perfected breakfast staples. Yummy egg wraps, pancakes, and scrambles, all cooked up in coconut oil! This place is WORTH the wait. 

-Taste on Melrose - West Hollywood. Bottomless mimosas, protein scrambles, truffle mac & cheese, & good celebrity spotting!

-Border Grill - Santa Monica (& even TASTIER in LAS VEGAS!). The Border Grill's bottomless tapas and mimosas. Amazing food. Amazing drinks. Just be prepared to leave completely stuffed.

-Chic-fil-a - Torrance. This is here partly to make Brooke proud and partly because their breakfast biscuit sandwich is nothing short of amazing.

Favorite Lunch Spots in LA.

-Kogi Food Truck - First Fridays, Venice. I am in love Kogi. No really, I am. I have a complete umani experience when I chow down on their short rib sliders. Once a month is NOT enough.

-Urth Cafe - Downtown LA. Oh Urth! Urth to me means, the work day is steady enough to allow my colleagues and I to leave the office and enjoy some lunch! Great vegan/non vegan sandwiches, soups and SPANISH ICED LATTES. Perfect little get-out-of-the-office lunch spot. 

-R23 - Downtown LA. Amazing sushi spot tucked away in DTLA's Toy District. A little pricey, but their tempura and chipotle rolls are definitely worth it!

-Bottega Louie - Downtown LA. This spot makes me feel like I've teleported to back to Paris! Bottega Louie's restaurant is essentially one large marbled floored room with great parisian decor. Their macaroons are a must have after your meal!

-WurstKutche - Venice. This down to earth sausage and beer spot never disappoints. I love their German style seating , their unique sausages, their crispy french fries, and their HUGE selection of beers that will leave even a non beer drinker impressed!

-Veggie Grill - El Segundo. Ok, so this is fast food. But TASTY VEGAN fast food. Mushroom & Kale Wrap with Cashew Cheeze Sauce, anyone?

-Baco Mercat - Downtown LA. This spot calls for a boozy lunch. Enjoy exceptional tapas that the bar tender will perfectly pair with Baco's signature drinks.

-Lemonade - Venice. A Delicious, mostly vegan deli with everything from spaghetti squash casserole to truffle cranberry couscous. 

Favorite Happy Hour Spots in LA.

-Kincaids - Redondo Beach. Kincaids is typically a pricey steak house but once happy hour begins the whole atmosphere changes! If you grab a seat in their bar area you can enjoy awesome appetizers and $4 cocktails (their Basil Gimlets are dangerously addictive!) while overlooking the Redondo Pier.

-Hotel Shangri LA Rooftop Bar- Santa Monica. A Rooftop Bar, The Pacific Ocean, & Strong Cocktails. The 3 necessary ingredients to a wonderful situation!

-Vodbox @ Nic's Martini Lounge - Beverly Hills. Dress up in ridiculous fur coats and hats, sample world's best in Vodkas, all for 20 dollars. NOT BAD!

-Hotel Erwin - Venice. I've said it before and I'll say it again! A Rooftop (with sofa lounges!) Bar, The Pacific Ocean, & Strong Cocktails! 

Favorite Dinner Spots in LA.

-Palmina - Hermosa Beach. Palmina is a hidden gem on the Hermosa Pier. There is nothing better than riding your bike down from Manhattan Beach to Hermosa to grab dinner at Palmina! Tasty ceviche, delicious margaritas, and a beautiful atmosphere.

-North End Cafe - Manhattan Beach. Spring Rolls. Tomato Bisque. ANY OF THEIR ENTREES! GO IMMEDIATELY! Also, this spot has been featured on Drivers, Drive-In's and Dives.

-Perch - Downtown LA. This place brings a smile to my face. This is hands down my absolute favorite restaurant in LA. Maybe because each time I've gone I've had the pleasure of great company. But what else with great drinks, and great views. What should you get? Their My Fair Lady Cocktail, Truffle Fries, Steak + Frites, and Champagne Kirs are simply perfect. 

-Church & State - Downtown LA. Enjoy a fine selection of red wine, aged cheese, flavored pastas, and bubbly champagne at this dark, old, yet beautiful restaurant in DTLA. 

-Caffe Pinguini - Playa del Rey. Whenever Brooke and I crave a hearty italian meal, we hit up "The Penguin", as Brooke calls it. Their outdoor seating, quiet atmosphere, and strung lights take me back to some amazing meals i've had in Florence.

-MB Post - Manhattan Beach. Tapas and Drinks. In Manhattan Beach. What could be better?

-Chez Melange - Redondo Beach. Inside the restaurant Chez Melange, there is a magical section called Bar Comida, where the personable Chef Diane will cook you up whatever tapas your little stomach pleases. Its true, she's pretty incredible. Everything is made specifically for you and your partner. I actually haven't been to this little slice of heavan in a few months, BROOKE, if you're reading, I want to go here SOON!
