Last friday while shopping at Foods for Living, a local green store here in East Lansing I won a tote bag FULL of eco-friendly goodies, such as several pounds of fair trade coffee, herbal teas, ceramic mugs, all natural vitamins, decomposable trash bags, non-pollutant dish washer soap, non-pollutant laundry detergent, non toxic lotion and a $20 gift certificate to the store. I cannot express just how thankful I am! Now, I cannot possibly keep all this coffee to myself so I have decided to gift them to you! I have 4 coffee bag samplers to be won. ReplyDeleteMy most recent "green decision" was not thowing away dried out corn tortillas. I decided to save them and make corn chips, or if I crunch them they make good topping for soup or salad.

Creme Brulee por favor! A recent green decision, inspired by your blog, has been to buy a huge bulk container of oatmeal instead of little individual packets and I bring some in tupperware to work each morning. PS. Is that a Papa cameo in the photo?
