No Tv? No Problem.

Its been awhile since I posted on some recent eco choices, so I figured I should load up some pictures and give you all an update!

So far, no TV after 8am has been great! Just finished a book in two days while soaking up some rays, not bad!

Patrick and I have been taking frequent walks with Carmen the Dog (yes, the dog's name is Carmen...)

I've been taking advantage of the abundance of local produce now available and preparing green eats! Picture below is a cucumber (organic) salad with an egg (local) and spinach (local) wrap.

and as always, more recycling!
